Shipping & Returns

Refunds will be offered for garments that have not been worn, laundered or soiled with tags attached.

Please return within 14 days of delivery for replacement, store credit or refund. We are not liable if something is out of stock.

Viva o Sol is not responsible for return shipping charges.  You may return internet sales at the store location with receipt.

Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt and contact Customer Service for return/exchange approval.

Please enclose a note with return/exchange requests and copy of receipt or order number.

No return authorization needed.
